FAQs

Our minimum order quantity for personalised notecards is 25 cards per design.
No, we do not provide envelopes with notecards as part of our standard offering. However, customers have the option to purchase envelopes separately from our website. We offer a variety of envelope styles and colours to complement your personalised notecards perfectly.
No, your personalised note cards will not come already folded. When you order our folded note cards, they will arrive flat with a score in the centre, making it easy for you to fold them manually. This allows you to ensure that the folding is done neatly and accurately, maintaining the quality of your personalised design.
We offer three printing options for personalised notecards, including Full-Colour Printing: Vibrant and detailed designs with a wide range of colours for visually stunning notecards. Debossed Printing: Tactile and elegant impressions that add a sophisticated touch to your notecards. Foil Stamped Printing: Luxurious metallic finishes for eye-catching and elegant personalised notecards.
No, you cannot add your desired text directly on the personalised notecard during the customisation process. However, you can customise the design of the notecard itself, such as choosing the colour, graphics, and layout. Once you receive the notecards, you can write your own message, greetings, or any content you prefer on the blank interior of the card. This allows for complete personalisation of each card according to your specific needs and occasions.
Of course! You can Live Chat with one of our employees or call Customer Service at (09) 802 4491 or phone us at (0800) 005-353 to obtain help with your order.
Production time refers to the period it takes to make your table cover order in our production facility. The time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Yes! We keep your artwork on file to make reordering and using your art on other products simple and easy!

We highly recommend you send a vector-based file in EPS, AI or PDF format.
